We need our help desk and IT support specialist to have the following:
2 years relevant experience in Vaping
2 years relevant experience in Vaping
At least 1 Year relevant IT technical support experience.
We also would prefer you to have at least 1 year relevant vaping retail experience.
We need you to have a relevant IT qualification, ideally at level 7 or above, or plenty of relevant experience to make up for not having one
We also would prefer you to have the following:
• Full NZ Driving license
• Excellent communication skills
• A welcoming personality
• Good personal presentation
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Appropriate knowledge of WordPress
• Experience in E-commerce platform (Working on Magneto 2 Will be preferable)
• Managing and improving process and procedures
• Knowledge of following-through online orders and customer queries over the phone
• Networking Knowledge will be advantageous in this position
• Full knowledge about smoking products line including Hookah, Vaporisers, E-vape, E-liquid
